Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at impactenergy.net, requesting a quote, or engaging Impact Energy (also operating as Impact Energy & Roofing, "we," "us," or "our") for solar, roofing, EV charger, battery, or related work, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. Effective Date: July 3, 2026.

Impact Energy is a solar installation and roofing company based in Centennial, Colorado. We provide residential and commercial solar installation, solar batteries, EV chargers, roofing, ground-mounted solar, and related energy services throughout Colorado. Estimates do not constitute a binding contract unless and until a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.

Service Agreements

Any installation or construction work is governed by a separate written service or installation agreement between you and Impact Energy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls with respect to that specific project. Warranties, including product warranties and any workmanship warranty we offer, are described in the applicable agreement and warranty documentation.

Incentives, Rebates, and Financing

Information on our site about tax credits, rebates, incentives, or financing options is provided for general informational purposes only. Eligibility and amounts are determined by third parties, government programs, and lenders, and are subject to change. We do not guarantee that you will qualify for any incentive or financing, and we do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. You should consult your own tax or financial advisor.
