Nate, Colorado native who grew up on a farm in the eastern part of the state and went on to play college basketball. Before solar, he sold and installed home security and automation. He got his start in solar in 2012, working across California, Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah before coming home to Colorado to build Impact. The idea was simple: keep the good he learned at every company along the way and leave the bad behind.

Mackenzie, an Orange County native, studied entrepreneurship at Saddleback College before starting his career in sales at Groove Subaru. He got his start in solar in 2016, learning the business from the ground up before joining Impact Energy, where he stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2020. The idea was simple: bring the same professionalism and high standards to every rooftop, and always put the customer first.
